Yes, smart contracts can be deployed on the PlutoChain testnet right now. Developers are encouraged to begin experimenting and building general-purpose dApps. Currently, we support EVM-based applications developed using Solidity.

Yes, the Plutochain Testnet is live and active. We have already rolled out the block explorer, allowing anyone to interact with it and track transactions in real-time. You can monitor live transactions on our dashboard.
